Returns Policy

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, you can simply return it back to us for a full refund. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, or your refund may be affected.

You will need to return the item, unused and in its original packaging and condition, to the returns address shown below. Please fill in and enclose your order returns form receive in your original order.

*Please note that all Root7 products are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

All parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt and use a Royal Mail Tracked service. We can take no responsibility for items prior to them arriving at Rooi Returns and items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed and may take 2-5 working days to appear back in your account. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we retain the right to refuse a refund.

 

What if an item is faulty?

We take product quality very seriously and on the rare occasion that a customer receives a faulty item, you can return the item back to us free of charge for a replacement. Simply email us at contact@rooi.com, sending us a photograph of the damaged item,and we will provide you with a free Royal Mail returns label. All faults must be made known to us within 30 days, however if it is outside of this period, please do not hesitate to get in contact and we can agree the best way forward.
